Return Policy

Change of Address Policy

• Ensure billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to order completion. Due to cardholder security, we will no longer update shipping addresses.

Preorder Shipping Timeline

• If your order includes a preorder item, all your items will ship together when the preorder item is available.
• To have available items shipped before preorder items, please place separate orders.

Unverifiable Addresses

• If we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Use USPS formatting and include apartment or suite numbers.

30 Days Return Warranty

• We pride ourselves on our product quality and strict quality control. We accept return & exchange demands within 30 days after delivery for the following defects:
  • Stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

Notice:

1. The Return/Exchange Policy excludes perceived quality, fabric, color aberration issues caused by personal or subjective judgment, and size issues caused by personal neglect since we have indicated the size, color, and fabric on our page.
2. Items should not be worn outside nor washed, and any labels should be attached.
3. Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, and event and party supplies cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. No exchange, return, or amendments on promotional items or last-chance items.

Refund Policy:

For the following circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without a return but can offer a 10%-20% coupon on the next order:

1. Don't like the item.
2. Not fit as expected without any quality problems.
3. Shipping status shows delivered but not received.
4. Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) already claimed in our description/title.
5. Placed the wrong order and shipped.
