Cassava is full of minerals such as calcium, ecalcium rphosphorus, manganese, iron and potassium. It contains high amount of dietary fiber and it’s gluten free!
Miondo(Cassava sticks) is made from fermented cassava wrapped in leaves. It is thinner than the related Bobolo and eaten in Cameroon with with roasted fish, chicken, meat, vegetables, fried egg, soup, egusi pudding or in any form desired by the individual.
